Tim Parker appears before the Air Transport Authority

Tim Parker has appeared for Greater Bay Airlines (“GBA”) before the Air Transport Licencing Authority at the private inquiry hearing of GBA’s application for a licence to operate as a commercial airline.
The license was granted to the Hong Kong based airline on Monday 22nd February 2022, and will allow them to operate scheduled passenger and cargo flights for five years. Destinations will include Chinese Mainland cities, Japan, Vietnam, South Korea and Singapore, amongst others.
Tim Parker was instructed (alongside Abraham Chan SC) by Clyde & Co on behalf of Greater Bay Airlines.
