The Premier League v Leicester City FC

An independent Commission of the Premier League has handed down its decision, dismissing a challenge to its authority to consider an alleged breach of the Profitability and Sustainability Rules brought by Leicester City FC. The Club has brought an appeal against the decision.

Jane Mulcahy KC, Mark Vinall and Jason Pobjoy acted for the Premier League. Nick De Marco KC, David Lowe and Marlena Valles acted for Leicester City FC.
