Skatteforvaltningen v Solo Capital Partners LLP

The Court of Appeal has held that the claim by the Danish Tax Authority, Skatteforvaltningen, seeking to recover $1.5 billion as the result of an alleged fraud is not a Revenue claim and can therefore be pursued in the courts of this jurisdiction.
