The Supreme Court has handed down a judgment concerning the government’s proposal to relocate asylum seekers to Rwanda.
The Supreme Court unanimously dismissed the Home Secretary’s appeal and upheld the Court of Appeal’s conclusion that the Rwanda policy is unlawful.
