Paul Goulding KC to speak at EELA Conference on Non-Compete bans

Paul Goulding KC has been invited to speak at the Annual Conference of the European Employment Lawyers Association to be held in Reykjavik, Iceland on 6-8 June 2024.

Paul will join a panel on the subject of Non-compete bans: Is it really the end of the road for post-employment restrictive covenants and has time come for alternative arrangements? Paul will be joined by speakers from the US, Italy, Norway and Estonia. The session will consider the FTC’s ban on non-competes in the US, the UK’s proposed 3-month cap on non-competes, developments in other jurisdictions and alternatives to non-competes.
