Leicester City Football Club v EFL Club Financial Reporting Unit

The EFL has just published the written reasons in an important case about the interpretation of parts of its Profit & Sustainability Rules. Leicester City Football Club successfully challenged the imposition of a 'Business Plan' on it on the basis the EFL Club Financial Reporting Unit was acting outside of its powers.
