Kanu v SSFCDA

The Court of Appeal has handed down judgment in an appeal addressing the scope of the obligation on the Foreign Secretary in relation to requests for consular assistance made by British nationals detained abroad. The High Court and the Court of Appeal dismissed the challenge and the appeal.
