Javan Herberg KC appointed to the Board of the Dubai Financial Services Authority

Javan Herberg KC has with effect from 1 March 2024 been appointed to the Board of the Dubai Financial Services Authority, the independent regulator of financial services conducted in or from the DIFC, the financial free zone in Dubai, UAE. Javan will chair the Legislative Committee, which is responsible for recommending changes to DFSA administered laws and DFSA Rules.
