International Asset Tracing and Recovery Course 2023

Starting in November 2023, the three-day programme will centre around an asset recovery case study that is designed to help participants build upon their existing expertise in asset tracing and recovery and provide invaluable insight into evolving approaches to fraud claims in court and is aimed at senior professionals in the fraud and asset recovery market, including legal practitioners, investigators, forensic accountants, insolvency practitioners and litigation funders.

The course will be delivered by leading fraud specialist Gary Miller, Partner at Mishcon de Reya and Chairman of the International Fraud Group, along with Philippa Rees, a Professional Support Lawyer in Dispute Resolution. They'll also be joined by leading Barristers from Blackstone Chambers Luka Krsljanin and Ajay Ratan.

Between them, the speakers bring to the course over 75 years of hands-on experience in tracing, freezing and seizing evidence and assets all over the world.
