Ian Mill KC elected as a judge to the FIA International Tribunal and International Court of Appeal

Blackstone Chambers is delighted to announce that Ian Mill KC has been elected as a judge to the FIA International Tribunal and International Court of Appeal, following the 2023 Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) General Assemblies meeting.

Ian was nominated by the F1 teams and is one of only two UK Judges on the Panel.

The International Tribunal (IT) exercises the FIA’s disciplinary powers in the first instance (for cases not dealt with by the Stewards of the Meeting). Decisions taken by the IT can be appealed before the International Court of Appeal (ICA).
