Golfers v PGA European Tour

A decision has been issued by an Appeal Panel in relation to appeals brought by multiple Golfers against disciplinary sanctions imposed by the PGA European Tour.

The Sports Resolutions Appeal Panel dismissed the appeals, upholding the original fines.

James Segan KC, David Lowe and Tom Mountford represented the 1st – 9th, 11th, 12th and 16th Appellants.
Ravi Mehta and Emmeline Plews represented the Respondent.
