'Fraud and Asset Tracing - Reimagining the Freeze' at London International Disputes Week

Blackstone Chambers is delighted to support London International Disputes Week (LIDW), 15-19 May. 

The theme of the five-day conference is 'Adapting to a Changing World'. On 17 May, Blackstone Chambers' Adam Baradon KC will appear alongside Bernard O'Sullivan, a partner at CMS UK and James Willan KC, a barrister at Essex Court Chambers in a panel session titled, 'Fraud and Asset Tracing - Reimagining the Freeze'. The session, kindly hosted by CMS (16.30-18.30), will look at the current state of the freeze jurisdiction and ways in might be improved.
