The CMA has announced its final determination in the appeals brought by Heathrow Airport Limited and three airlines against the Civil Aviation Authority’s (“CAA”) H7 price control decision.
This follows the publication of the provisional determination, described here.
By its determination, the CMA broadly found in favour of the CAA, save for in respect of three aspects of the pricing decision, which it has remitted back to the CAA for reconsideration.
The final determination can be read here, the CMA’s news story is here, and a summary is here.
Ravi Mehta and Tom Lowenthal acted for the CAA, led by George Peretz KC.
