Everton FC v Premier League

An independent Disciplinary Commission of the Premier League issued its decision today in a case brought by the Premier League against Everton for breach of the Premier League’s Profitability and Sustainability Rules in financial year 2022/23. The Commission imposed an immediate deduction of 2 league points.
