Everton FC v Premier League

An independent Premier League Appeal Board handed down its decision on 26 February 2024 in respect of Everton FC’s appeal against the decision of a Premier League Commission to impose an immediate 10-point deduction for a breach of the Profitability and Sustainability Rules. The Appeal Board reduced the 10-point deduction to 6 points. The full decision is available here.
