In a judgment handed down on 30th January 2025, the Court of Appeal refused Motorola permission to appeal in this matter relating to the supply of communications network services to the UK emergency services following a rolled-up hearing.

The case concerned a judgment of the Competition Appeal Tribunal ([2023] CAT [76]), upholding the CMA’s finding that Motorola was able to charge prices above the level expected in a competitive market. Please see the previous case summary here.
